来所される時のお願いです(^-^)

ちばサポステへ来所される皆さんへ以下についてご協力をお願いします！

・37.5℃以上の発熱や体調に不安がある場合は、来所は禁止とします。

・来所の際は体調を伺い検温を実施しています。

・マスクの着用やアルコール消毒をお願いしています。

・相談員や他の利用者の方と一定の距離を保つようにします。

・入室人数を制限して定期的に換気を実施します。

感染防止のため、スタッフもマスクをしています。
ひとりひとりが出来ることをお互いにしていきましょう(^^)/
