3/12（土）に『楽しく運動しよう！』のプログラムがありました。
今回は9名の参加で、実技場を借りみんなで
・サッカー
・バドミントン
・フリスビー
・キャッチボール
・ボーリングゲーム
・大縄跳び
などそれぞれがやりたい種目を相談して決めます。
「ナイスボール！」、「今のいいね～！」、「ごめん！」
などの声を掛け合って皆、声を出して大笑いして楽しく身体を動かすことができました♪
なかなか身体を動かす、運動する機会のない中、とても貴重な時間となりました。
次回『楽しく運動しよう！』は４月にも開催予定です。
