ふなサポでの「自己理解」はただ自分を知るため、ではなく就労のための手段の1つです。
企業を選ぶとき、志望動機を書くときにも役に立ちます。
9/13、9/19の「自己理解を深める」は3回完結のプログラムで、3回目は10月を予定しています。
ぜひ3回参加してください。
「自己理解」に限らず、漫然とプログラムを受けるのではなく目的を持って選択し受けることをお勧めします。
自分だけで選べなければ、面談でいま自分にはどんなプログラムが必要か相談してみてください。
客観的な意見は自分を知る上で大切です。
